Our Returns Policy

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nobleneststore.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened skincare products, used beauty tools, and lip products.
