Noblenest Return and Refund Policy

At Noblenest, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Some items, such as sale items, intimates, jewelry, and accessories, may not be eligible for return for hygiene or clearance reasons (please check the product description).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us atPanaichjaipreet@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund if eligible.
